Light, ventilation and surroundings play rather an important role in the evolution of our designs to give an organic output that is impeccable both functionally and aesthetically.
We believe the design process as a wholesome experience and treat the project as our own brainchild. We, therefore provide thorough design solutions, all comprising and architectural drawings, structural detailing, rendered views walkthroughs, preparing bill of quantities to enable tender procurement, approval drawings, interior designing, furniture making, products sourcing, guidance to the last detail that is required to bring the project to completion.
Yes. Making an appointment and meeting in person will be necessary as it will save time on both sides.
We work between 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM through Monday to Saturday.
Once the telephonic enquiry is done with and both the clients and we are comfortable in taking the project forward, we shall send you our fee structure document and our terms and conditions. Once these are agreed upon, we shall start with our first meeting on a comfortable date.
It would make the design process faster if we had the following documents ready preferably in soft copies
Once the design agreement is signed and the brief is discussed elaborately (since we believe in client-centric design), the design process will start immediately.
Charges would greatly depend on the scale of the project and the extent of services that are required from us. Our fee structure will be shared with our prospective clients once the telephonic conversations are done and we are comfortable with each other.
We provide regular site visits during various stages of the project. All design details will also be constantly monitored remotely. Also coordination with the contractors, site engineers, sub contractors and vendors will be done wherever necessary.
Though we practice vaastu, manaiadi wherever necessary according to the clients’ specifications, we quite believe in designing according to our principles- guided by the site and it’s surroundings, giving most importance to natural light and ventilation.
A minimum guarantee amount will have to be paid after our first briefing, after the letter of appointment is signed.
Yes. I have been a member with the C.O.A (council of architecture, Delhi) for the past 20 years.
We, as architects will hold responsibility for the entire design and will foresee the construction and design execution on site by regular site visits and remotely. This ensured continuous coordination between all contractors, site engineers and vendors will be done wherever necessary.
But, we do not take up bill checking, project management or construction as we would like to stick to what we do the best.
We can get permissions from our clients for you to visit our ongoing sites. But, to see the finished ones would be a breach of privacy which we wouldn’t want for our esteemed clients.
